The SPIRIT AND WORD Leaders Summit

Building growing churches, full of the power & presence of God

With Jarrod Cooper & guests.

6-7 March 2018

12noon Tuesday – 3pm Wednesday

Includes 2 beautiful lunches, refreshments throughout and a great goodie bag

How can we see growing, influential Spirit filled churches fill the UK? Churches that are awash with God’s glory and a culture of miraculous, but that also have a powerful sense of community and healthy leadership? The Spirit & Word Leaders Summit is all about that journey. Reflecting on the content of Jarrod Cooper’s book “When Spirit & Word Collide”, this 24 hour event seeks to gather leaders and talk openly, honestly, with vulnerability and faith about the real challenges of growing a supernatural church in the 21st century. Expect to be encouraged, lifted and inspired by vulnerable talks, refreshing worship, helpful Q&A, powerful prophetic ministry and invigorating discussion. This will be a leaders event like no other! Includes 2 beautiful lunches, refreshments throughout and a goodie bag (accommodation must be booked separately)

Rachel Hickson

Rachel is a renowned author and prophetic voice in many nations, as she travels, ministering in a variety of nations and churches from every denominational background. Where there is a hunger for God Rachel and her team are prepared to go! At the age of 24 Rachel, with her husband Gordon, worked alongside Reinhard Bonnke and the Christ for All Nations team in Africa. In 1984 while in Zimbabwe she almost lost her life in a horrific car accident, but was miraculously healed by God. In 1990, Rachel and her husband, Gordon, returned to the UK, and pastored a group of four churches in the Watford area and during this time Heartcry Ministries was established. Rachel and Gordon then moved to Oxford in May 2005 where Gordon was the Associate Minister at St Aldates Church until Dec 2010. Rachel and Gordon still live in Oxford and love the challenge and history of this student city which has seen great men of God like C.S.Lewis, John Wesley, George Whitfield and others walk its streets.

Dave Smith

Dave Smith leads one of the UKs most remarkable churches, Kingsgate in Peterbrough. With a passion for revival and a culture steeped in prayer, in recent years the church has built a remarkable new 1400 seat facility, planted several new locations, has featured on prime time BBC television and is fast becoming a major influence in the UK. To be honest about Dave’s imperfections, he is an avid Manchester City supporter; he also loves to read, cycle, and spend time at the gym, which is where he gets the best opportunities to share his faith.

Ken Gott

Ken Gott is the leader behind a major move of the Holy Spirit in the mid 1990’s, that saw hundreds of thousands powerfully transformed as nightly meetings continued for years in the north east of England. Ken and his wife Lois, provide apostolic cover for Bethshan Church and spend their time in the North East engaging in transformational projects and building the House of Prayer Europe. They continue to minister nationally and internationally.
